With more than 20 years of experience in the world of interior design, Johana Agudo has established herself as a visionary in aesthetics, innovation, and luxury design. As the driving force behind Johana Agudo Design Studio, she has built an extensive portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and institutional projects, earning recognition as a benchmark in the industry.

Her expertise extends beyond design execution—she has been actively involved in renowned exhibitions such as Casa Cor Panama (2006, 2007, 2008) and has been featured in numerous publications, interviews, and media outlets. Her international experience includes participation in major design fairs, congresses, and exhibitions, further enriching her creative perspective.

Johana’s journey began at an early age, working in design and furniture manufacturing for retail and office spaces. This hands-on experience ignited her passion for interior and furniture design, leading her to establish her own studio in 2007. Since then, she has led projects from concept to completion, shaping spaces for prestigious developments such as The Heritage, Valery Point, Arifa Tower, Bahía Resort, Casamar, Hard Rock, Buenaventura, Buenavista, and numerous private residences.

She holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Panama and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Catalonia and the University of Arkansas. In addition to her design practice, she is dedicated to education, teaching interior design and architecture at the University of Panama, inspiring the next generation of designers.
